One of the best christmas ever!! The hotel is like being at home, every moment there is a detail! the staff is adorable!! Great restaurants, amazing SPA, kudos to kids club! The location is very good, rooms are comfortable.

What a beautiful experience. Came for one night as part of my 40th. Yes it’s fancy and pricey but my husband and I still found it really warm, welcoming and comfortable. The Italian restaurant was really nice and relaxed, yet still felt like a treat. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever been to. Special mention to Gabi from the bar for keeping us in delicious cocktails all night - really good! Overall I would say it’s worth the splurge to stay in this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel!! Excellent service from start to finish. Every employee is so kind and accommodating. A special shoutout to Moritz, he works in the bar/restaurant and might be the best server I have ever had. SO friendly and wants to make sure you and your family is having the best time. Offers to take photos, makes great recommendations on food and drinks. 10/10. Even if you don’t stay here, go visit Moritz for wonderful service and conversation.

Spectacular location and historically classic facilities but the best part was the warmth and personal attention provided by all members of staff across all amenities! The Kids Club and Spa were next level. Felt very welcoming and caring overall. Highly recommended.

Excellent Italian restaurant, even for those not staying at the hotel. The food was delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor. The highlight of the experience was the service provided by Rodolfo — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He made us feel very welcome and truly elevated our evening. Highly recommended. Absolutely a fantastic experience. Staff was excellent and professional throuout the whole stay. I was there for my annivrsary we found flowers and chocolate in the room. Spa also was superb. Highly recommended.
