Everything about this hotel is phenomenal!! The perfect location with an incredible view of Jungfrau and paragliders all day long. The hotel itself is gorgeous! The pool and spa are awesome! The restaurants and food are amazing!! The staff is incredible! A special thanks to Stefano and Dragan at the Concierge, Pop and Rigzin at the Spa, Allen, the incredible manager at Sappori who does it ALL with a smile on his face always, and Francisca and her amazing breakfast staff!!! Everyone and everything was incredible! I can’t recommend this enough! Easy transport everywhere and an incredible home to return to for rest and recharge before the next adventure! Thank you!!

Amazing stay! The staff did an amazing job and offered the best service. The room was clean and the whole facility felt luxurious. We tried a few restaurants and the spa, and everything was really good. A special thank you to the concierge staff who helped with booking things and recommendations. You did an amazing job 😍

Beautiful Hotel, great views of the paragliders landing, great bar with friendly staff. The concierge is great and will help you with all your questions about things to do, mountain conditions if you have a tour scheduled and of course restaurant recommendations. The rooms are great, breakfast was great with a huge buffet. Great location to walk or bike the city of Interlakin. You can walk to the cable car to see the Harder Klum, we also took our own bike tour around as well.

10/10! Beautiful hotel, very accommodating staff, delicious food and drink, fantastic activities for all ages. Incredible views and nature all around.

My wife said “This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in” which is a strong statement given the places we have been to. The building, amenities, and the rooms are outstanding. Only issue I can think of with the room was our “king” bed was literally two separate twin beds next to each other with seep twin sheets and comforters. We could not sleep next to each other or we would fall into the crack. The level of service from the hotel staff was the best I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked through the front door they looked for ways to assist. Including the person who checked us in giving us a quick tour with information on the hotel/restaurants and walking us all the way to our room. Our luggage was delivered literally as she was walking out of the room. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced. Only serious issue we had was at the terrace restaurant/bar as the service was not up to par for a hotel of this class but I have done a separate review for that establishment as I thought it was an issue specifically with them and not with the hotel itself. Would highly recommend and if we go back to Interlaken we would absolutely stay here again.

For a special birthday we decided to go there: la terasse brasserie - after arrival had to ask for the wine menu - ordered a nice bottle of veuve, took 15-20 mins to arrive. we also ordered an apero plaettli to go with the champagne, that came when we were almost finished with the bottle - we had to top up, re-pour our own glasses, no one seemed to pay attention - we ordered our food - my son ordered a beer, we had to ask twice (30 mins, later) before it came (they forgot) - the starters and main course where mediocre / so so - we had to ask once our wine glasses where empty if it could be filled up - never an ask “how was it”, “did you enjoy” or “would you like something else to drink” ? - waiting again and we had to ask if we could have a dessert - restaurant was empty by then… still no focus on the clients… - asked for the bill, they apologized for the service and took the desert off the menu - what difference does that make if you eat in a brasserie for chf584 - in one world TERRIBLE SERVICE for such a place, for sure will never go back there - when leaving no “thank you for staying with us, come again soon” - in my opinion this staff has no proper education. ridiculous - to top it off, went downstairs to the parking and could pay in any electronic form. thank god I had 2x chf5 coins… A disappointment all the way

Our recent stay at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional. The hotel is the epitome of elegance and beauty without ever feeling pretentious. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for both adults and families. Our family suite included a small balcony with a stunning view of the Jungfrau mountains, which made every morning and evening feel special. The service throughout the hotel — including housekeeping — was outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and professional. The amenities at the hotel are incredible, and our family took full advantage of them. Our daughters (ages 4½ and 9) absolutely loved the amazing kids club, which is set in a charming storybook-style separate house complete with an outdoor playground. It was one of the highlights of the trip for them. The spa and pool are also the epitome of luxury and provided a perfect place to relax after days spent exploring the mountains. This is honestly the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever experienced, while still being incredibly family friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for families or adults looking for a luxurious stay in a breathtaking setting with easy access to quick train rides to countless mountain adventures throughout the Jungfrau region.

We found Ristorante Sapporo e Pizzeria delivered a true Italian culinary experience from the moment we walked through the door. The food was authentic, beautifully prepared, and filled with the kind of flavor and warmth that makes us feel like we were dining in Italy itself. What truly elevated our evening, however, was the exceptional service. We had the pleasure and good fortune of being cared for by Sara, who was one of the most attentive, caring, and responsive professionals we could have asked for. From start to finish, she made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail turned a wonderful dinner into a memorable experience.

As a non hotel guest, we walked over from the street and was welcomed with open arms. Sat at a great table with the view of the surrounding mountains. Service from all staff was exceptional, especially the Restaurant Manager. His enthusiasm towards his work needs to be noted and rewarded.

The experience at the hotel was just marvellous in every way. I proposed to my girlfriend and the hotel staff supported me (proactively) every step of the way with decorations, surprises, a free room upgrade, excellent table at breakfast, and just an overall excellent service. I could not have wished for more and am eternally grateful to all the staff! The hotel has a great location, it was very clean, calm (despite lots of families), the room was impeccable and the spa was beautifully designed. The only (very minor) detail that we missed was that there were only two gender-mixed saunas (which is understandable, given that the hotel and Interlaken are oriented towards international clients who share different cultural backgrounds).

We recently stayed at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa for two nights and spent over $11,000 USD. Given the hotel’s reputation and the price, we expected an exceptional luxury experience. The staff, room service, and management were courteous and professional. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, comfort should be one of the top priorities. What was most disappointing was that after bringing our concerns to management’s attention, nothing meaningful was done to address the issue. While they were polite, no effort was made to improve the situation or offer any form of resolution. At this price point, guests expect more than just friendly service. They expect outstanding accommodations and management that takes concerns seriously. The hotel is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. We left feeling that the stay was significantly overpriced and that our concerns were not adequately addressed.
