Spa Nescens at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

We left a different, sub-optimal hotel a day early to spend one night here, and we only wish we had known about this hotel earlier, as we certainly would have spent more time here. The hotel is in the style of a grand European hotel of yore, not the sleek, impersonal luxury property with which we are more familiar, and that only added to its charms. We stayed in a duplex suite that was spacious and had 1.5 bathrooms. It had AC which was a bit loud, but made sleeping quite comfortable in the heat wave. What really stood out, however, were the gorgeous facilities and the fact that this is one of the most child-friendly properties I have seen. When we arrived, our room had two tiny treasure chests filled with coins. The children were able to spend these coins on postcards, a pool floatie, and ice cream in various places in the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was amazing and presented in a gorgeous room, also had a whole section for kids. And the pools… we didn’t have the time or childcare to take advantage of the absolutely enormous spa (I have never seen a hotel spa with indoor racquet courts!) but we did use the phenomenal indoor pool, which had a vintage, 1920s glamour, and the outdoor pool, which was peaceful and serenely surrounded by mountains. We also went to the kids club and used the outdoor playground that was in sight of the outdoor pool. I really can’t do justice to describing the outdoor grounds. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are traveling with a family, and we wish we had based ourselves here, in Interlaken, for mountain explorations!

We went to the Interlocken location and had absolute blast! Igor was an incredible waiter and the music from the Dj Dirk was great as well! Beautiful place and beautiful service thank you!

Has the classification of the hotel suggests this is really a 5 stars place, very cozy and tidy terrace, well crafted drinks, good environment and music. A special word to Jon for getting us an amazing table, amazing recommendations for drinks and making sure our afternoon went as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The location is just fantastic, few minutes from the train station, and the atmosphere is so surreal it will make u forget the horrible company.

From the moment we entered the lobby we knew we were going to have an outstanding experience. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and we'll gladly return in the future. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Many thanks to the entire staff for making our stay in Interlaken so memorable.

David Tun give us an amazing service during hour night in the bar . I can define his service like polite and fresh combine with a good vibe for service . He suggest to pick the negroni verde , was a good choice.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! The spa and tennis courts were world class, it was walkable to anything you wanted to do in Interlochen. If you get a Parkside view you'll have a great view of all of the paragliders landing right in front of you with Jungfrau as the georgous backdrop. The room was beautiful and staff was nice and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at Victoria Jungfrau. The hotel staff were wonderful and truly made us feel welcome and at home. Special thanks to Victoria at the Terrasse Brasserie for taking care of us every breakfast.

Great service every morning at breakfast- Victoria Forcano was especially friendly and helpful offering to go breakfast when we had no time to eat breakfast. Service at radius was the same. By the terrace was so lovely and lovely to enjoy dinner and drinks.

Had a few drinks at the bar. Moritz was a great bartender. Always had a beer in my hand aswell as Evelyne. There was a perfect amount of music the whole time. Everything was perfectly clean. Great time!
