Let's start with the facts: comfortable and pretty setting, immaculately executed Spicy Mango Margarita, a green (!!!) negroni that was absolutely amazing. But what really stood out in a quite formal setting was the service. Noah wasn't afraid to let personality shine through, no stiffness but genuine human interaction. Would come back if I weren't a poor pauper.

I had such a wonderful experience with Noah David as our server! The service was excellent, and Noah was genuinely such a sweet and friendly person. He is honestly one of the best servers I’ve met in Switzerland since my arrival. He was very lively, attentive, and always checking up on our table to make sure everything was perfect. He also enthusiastically recommended his favorite drink, the Unusual Sour, and I’m so glad he did.

We had a magnificent stay in an impeccably clean room. All furniture looked well taken care of, the elgant atmosphere throughout the whole building makes you feel very welcomed. Fábio at Concierge was very helpful, as well as Svitlana at the breakfast - all staff were very kind. Hossein, the breakfast chef even remembered how I liked my poached egg from a stay several months back! The dinner with views of Jungfrau mountain will be remembered for a long time. I will 100% come back some time in the future=)

From the moment we arrived at the Victoria-Jungfrau, the experience has been exceptional. We travel frequently and stay at many luxury hotels, and I have an extremely high standard when it comes to service, accommodations, and attention to detail. I can genuinely say that the Victoria-Jungfrau exceeded our expectations in every way. The check-in process was incredibly fast and seamless. We booked through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, and the hotel honored every single FHR benefit. Unfortunately, that has become increasingly rare at other luxury properties, where benefits are sometimes overlooked or treated as an afterthought. Here, it was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely valued as FHR guests. Prior to our arrival, I had emailed requesting connecting rooms so that our children could be next to us. Not only was our request accommodated, but we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with connecting rooms and an extraordinary view of the Jungfrau. Many hotels acknowledge special requests but ultimately fail to follow through; the Victoria-Jungfrau paid attention to every detail. When we entered our room, we found champagne, fruit, and desserts beautifully arranged and waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful and personal welcome and another example of the small touches that separate truly exceptional hospitality from simply staying at a beautiful hotel. The hotel manager, Julian, even came out personally to greet us and welcome us to the property. That level of personal attention says a great deal about how this hotel is managed and the culture of service they have created. The concierge team deserves special recognition as well. I had communicated with them extensively before our arrival, and everything was arranged perfectly. Any changes we requested during our stay were handled efficiently, professionally, and always with a smile. There are plenty of concierge staff available, and they genuinely seem interested in helping guests rather than simply going through the motions. Our rooms were beautifully arranged, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds and pillows were wonderful, and our balcony overlooked the lawn where the paragliders land, with the famous Jungfrau rising in the background. It is difficult to imagine a more spectacular setting. What has impressed me most, however, is the level of service provided by every member of the staff and how exceptionally well this hotel is run. Luxury hotels can have beautiful rooms and incredible locations, but genuine hospitality and attention to detail are much harder to find. The Victoria-Jungfrau delivers all of it. I am genuinely confused by some of the negative reviews I read before arriving. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise prospective guests not to let those reviews discourage them. I am a very demanding traveler and a harsh judge of luxury hotels, and I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about our stay. We check out tomorrow, and I can say without hesitation that the Victoria-Jungfrau has set an extraordinarily high bar for the rest of our trip. Thank you to Julian, the concierge team, and all of the ladies and gentlemen at the hotel for making our family's stay in Interlaken so memorable. We would absolutely return.

We left a different, sub-optimal hotel a day early to spend one night here, and we only wish we had known about this hotel earlier, as we certainly would have spent more time here. The hotel is in the style of a grand European hotel of yore, not the sleek, impersonal luxury property with which we are more familiar, and that only added to its charms. We stayed in a duplex suite that was spacious and had 1.5 bathrooms. It had AC which was a bit loud, but made sleeping quite comfortable in the heat wave. What really stood out, however, were the gorgeous facilities and the fact that this is one of the most child-friendly properties I have seen. When we arrived, our room had two tiny treasure chests filled with coins. The children were able to spend these coins on postcards, a pool floatie, and ice cream in various places in the hotel. The breakfast buffet, which was amazing and presented in a gorgeous room, also had a whole section for kids. And the pools… we didn’t have the time or childcare to take advantage of the absolutely enormous spa (I have never seen a hotel spa with indoor racquet courts!) but we did use the phenomenal indoor pool, which had a vintage, 1920s glamour, and the outdoor pool, which was peaceful and serenely surrounded by mountains. We also went to the kids club and used the outdoor playground that was in sight of the outdoor pool. I really can’t do justice to describing the outdoor grounds. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are traveling with a family, and we wish we had based ourselves here, in Interlaken, for mountain explorations!

We went to the Interlocken location and had absolute blast! Igor was an incredible waiter and the music from the Dj Dirk was great as well! Beautiful place and beautiful service thank you!

Has the classification of the hotel suggests this is really a 5 stars place, very cozy and tidy terrace, well crafted drinks, good environment and music. A special word to Jon for getting us an amazing table, amazing recommendations for drinks and making sure our afternoon went as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

The location is just fantastic, few minutes from the train station, and the atmosphere is so surreal it will make u forget the horrible company.
