Spa Nescens at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

If you ever visit Interlaken, you will see a beautiful hotel right in the center of town. It is a truly lovely sight. We stayed three nights with connecting rooms and everything was spectacular! From the service to the breakfast buffet and the spa, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and their service is the best. We also ate at both of the restaurants and loved the food. Thank you for a great stay!

we stayed for 2 nights - my wife and i as part of her birthday celebrations. from the moment we arrived at checkin until we left the quality of service was first class. special mention: YiYi at checkin was simply wonderful - explained the history of the hotel - showed us to our room and how everything worked. best meet and greet ever. we dined on our first nigth at Sapori - really lovely ambience and food. spencial mention for the manager Stefan and our waitress sara who went to such lengths to make our visit so memorable - including the cake for my wife's birthday. We also had a cake in the room - which we had to donate to staff as afternoon tea on our second day filled us up so much we could not eat until breakfast! highly recommend. we will be back

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. They truly pay attention to every detail and approach everything with such thoughtfulness. You always feel well cared for, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable evening. Innovative dishes that perfectly highlight fresh ingredients. A standout, wine that elevated the entire meal. Interlaken—the Jungfrau looks like a "celestial apparition" framed perfectly by the valley walls. It’s one of those views that makes you feel tiny in the best way possible. All of this viewable from the windows of the Victoria hotel. A must-visit, highly recommended spot.

Amazing food, great service. We had a gluten free pizza, gluten free bolognese and the chicken cacciatore and it was heaven. best food during our entire trip.

Eat at sapori. You can’t go wrong by choosing to stay here. Laundry service crazy expensive tho
