Amazing food, great service. We had a gluten free pizza, gluten free bolognese and the chicken cacciatore and it was heaven. best food during our entire trip.

Eat at sapori. You can’t go wrong by choosing to stay here. Laundry service crazy expensive tho

Our stay was nothing short of fabulous. The room with the amazing view over Jungfrau, the state-of-art Spa and its vast facilities & treatments, kids club (probably best we have ever seen!), delicious cuisine at Sapori and La Terrasse! The service is outstanding and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

The restaurant and bar team delivered an attentive service, a heartfelt thank you to Maurice and Enrique, who made our evenings even more enjoyable. A special highlight goes to the spa, a true sanctuary of calm. This stay felt like a genuine escape from everyday life. Thank you to all the teams for making it so special. Interlaken does not need any introduction. The Hotel Victoria -Jungfrau is also high in recommendations. What impressed me most were the staff. All without any exception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A typical family setting! Well done impressive and keep it that way.

Our stay at the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional – you truly notice the high standard of hospitality throughout the entire hotel. We ordered room service several times during our stay, and each meal was excellent in both quality and presentation. The service was prompt and consistently courteous. The wellness and spa area is very spacious and offers a wide range of facilities, providing plenty of opportunities to relax. I also booked a facial and body treatment at short notice, and everything was superb a truly indulgent and professional experience. We were travelling with our dog, and the hotel was extremely accommodating. A dog bed was provided in the room, and there was even a dedicated dog food menu, which we found particularly thoughtful. Overall, a wonderful hotel that we can highly recommend.

In 1980 on our first visit to Switzerland, my wife and I vowed that one day we would stay at the Victoria Jungfrau, and we have recently done just that. An excellent outstanding experience in a magnificent hotel.

The best hotel we have stayed at in Switzerland. Very family friendly with ann amazing curated Kid’s club. Five-star service at every turn. Michelin star restaurant was amazing and kudos to the concierge, especially Dragov. His welcoming personality, smile and eagerness to assist everyone he passed was noteworthy.
