Here you will find all the information you need to ensure a smooth start to hosting in the municipalities of Interlaken, Matten, Unterseen, Wilderswil, Gsteigwiler and Saxeten.

Your access to Feratel Deskline WebClient

If you already have access, we will assign you the modul «visitor registrations» and the required authorizations.

If you don’t have access yet, we’ll create an account for you.
To do this, we need the following information from you.

For each accommodation:
- Name of accommodation
– Property number, which you received from our Finance department
– Number of rooms and number of beds

For each user:
= the person(s) to be granted access
– Name of person(s)
– Telephone number and e-mail address(es)

Guest registration directive

On the basis of Art. 24 of the Hospitality Industry Act (GGG; BSG 935.11), guests staying in an accommodation (hotel, hostel, camping or apartment) must be registered for security reasons. The purpose of this data collection is to identify individuals for the purpose of averting danger, prosecuting and executing criminal judgments. 
As part of the directives issued by the Department of Economic Affairs, Energy and the Environment, the Canton of Bern determines which data is to be collected from guests and how long this data must be kept.
