Interlaken Guide: digital companion for an optimal guest experience

With the Interlaken Guide, guests receive a digital companion to support them throughout their stay. The Interlaken Guide offers access to free public wifi in Interlaken, digital storage of the guest's Interlaken Pass and combines navigation, inspiration, and information all in one application. This creates tangible added value for guests for the duration of their trip. An interactive map makes it easy for guests to find their way around the Interlaken region. At the same time, the Interlaken Guide enables targeted management of visitor flow and identifies respect areas such as residential neighbourhoods and nature reserves – which also benefits locals. In addition, the Inspiration section invites visitors to discover experiences, restaurants, photo spots, and other offers. An integrated chatbot answers questions about Interlaken quickly, reliably, and at any time, in 25 languages. The Interlaken Guide was developed by Interlaken Tourism in collaboration with partners and with the support of the New Regional Policy (NRP) of the Canton of Bern.
