Amazing service, authentic Italian food!

Had a really lovely meal at Sapori. The Pizza Diavola was excellent — perfectly balanced spice and a great crust. We also tried the pasta aglio e olio with bottarga, which was simple but full of flavor, and the tiramisu to finish was really nice too. A solid spot for authentic Italian in Interlaken — highly recommend.

Food very poor for the price. It’s industrial food, nothing is cook in the kitchen , only frozen and add some herbs to make it fresh.

We had a very special dining experience at Sapori while visiting Interlaken. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the dining room was a beautiful “grand hotel” setting, with its high ceiling and classic decor.

Visited this restaurant on my last day in Switzerland and was pleased with the ambiance and staff service. The cwaiters were friendly and helpful even though they were rushing to close for the night. The hotel is spectacular and the food was good. Would recommend

Our experience at Ristorante Sapori e Pizzeria was a true Italian culinary experience filled with warmth, authenticity, and outstanding food. What truly elevated the evening was the remarkable service. Sara our wait staff was one of the most attentive, caring, and responsive professionals we have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from start to finish. Combined with the excellent wait staff and delicious cuisine, this was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve enjoyed in a very long time.

Pizza was soft and mushy. Be good in Italian restaurant has soft and mushy pizza. Never good soup was cold. Eggplant dish was very good and the veal Ragu pasta was good as well. The salad was a non-event. The service was slow, but with a smile not Michelin not even close.

Wonderful food in glorious surroundings. Outside was full but we were delighted to find how elegant and stunning the inside was! Food and service was fantastic. A lovely place.

We were excited to eat here and had a terrible experience with rude staff. We were met with an unfriendly manager when we checked in and an even more rude waiter who ignored us until we asked to order and continued to ignore us throughout the night. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend going here. Switzerland is full of amazing people - go somewhere else.

By far the best restaurant in Interlaken. Great ambience, very friendly and spot on service (with a sense of humour) and truly wonderful, authentic Italian cuisine.

DO NOT GO. We got there at 933 for our 930 reservation. They said the kitchen closes at 930 (even though that’s when our reservation was). They rushed us through our order, brought all our food out very quick, and most of it was not good or undercooked. By 10:15 our food was cleared, and if felt like we were just rushed out of there.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit. We had pizza and meat. It was good, but the price-quality ratio is lacking. The dessert had thin apple slices with a slight onion flavor. Presumably, the kitchen used a knife to cut the apple first. When I mentioned it, the waiter started an argument with me, saying that was absolutely unacceptable. My wife had tasted it too. I've worked in the hospitality industry myself; you don't get into that kind of argument with a customer. We won't be seeing Sapori again.

The food was so exceptional, that we ate there 3 out of the 5 nights we were there! Each night offered new delights that were sumptuous! Clean, healthful delicious options and great service kept us coming back!!!
