Relaxing and enjoyable stay - Highly recommend!
My friend and i stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful welcome upon arrival. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had welcome drinks as part of our stay, which was a lovely touch and gave us the chance to experience the bar. The spa was absolutely fantastic! We thorough enjoyed the facilities in there. We had 2 saunas and a steam room to choose from on the swimsuit level. The pool itself was brilliant and we loved the fact that we could swim though to the outside. The spa itself was very hygienic and clean. The changing rooms were also kept extremely clean, which we found pleasing. There was access to the lake and it had a spectacular view. We had the chance to dip our feet in the water and I highly recommend to anyone going, to do this! Our bedroom had a lot of amenities - shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion were full. We had vanity sets as well as robes and a beautiful tote bag and towels for the spa. I didn't get a chance to purchase flip flops, however the hotel does do them for CHF 5, which was much cheaper than what I would have paid in England, so I was happy to do so. There was a refreshments room which had copious amounts of coffee, tea, water and fruit. This was fantastic! We had some last evening drinks in the bar and the service was exceptional. Staff were professional and polite. Our drinks were delicious and the servings were generous! There are only a few minor details missed here - our tissue box was not full upon arrival, unfortunately there were only 3 tissues in here. The shower is open and there isn't a door which is a shame. Due to this, water went out on to the main bathroom floor. The sink also had a slight blockage. We noticed that water wasn't going down quickly - not sure if this was just our room or if this was throughout. Despite the very small mishaps, it was a perfect stay and I would recommend this place to anyone that is visiting Switzerland for a spa retreat. The hotel is not far from the bus stop, and it's an easy commute on one bus to Thun (12 mins) which is extremely helpful.

    5-star prices for 3-star service
Very poor value for money. We're from Geneva and are familiar with hotel prices in Switzerland.

    Relaxation paradise
Wonderful place for relaxation with green park and front lake location. Friendly staff, spacious room with a lake view ( room 205), great spa, free parking, complementary public transport and a boat trip in Thun. The breakfast is copious, making it particularly enjoyable on the terrace. The food is absolutely delicious in both Swiss and Thai restaurants. The only point for improvement is the absence of air conditioning which makes difficult to sleep in hot summer evenings even if they offer fan in the room. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you!

“Vitalresort” is the perfect name for this wellness oasis on the shores of Lake Thun.
The rooms are spacious and offer a magnificent view of the lake or the breathtaking Stockhorn mountain range. I spent 12 days in winter at this fantastic place. In the well-maintained wellness and sauna area, I quickly recovered from the pains of my shoulder surgery. There are two swimming pools at the hotel: a spacious indoor pool with warm salt water and a smaller outdoor pool with warm water. Both pools are very clean, never crowded, and a special treat. There is also a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, a steam bath, and a creative cooling area with spring mist, ice mist, autumn rain, and a summer thunderstorm shower (warm). I was pampered by the staff (almost like the cute cat – her name is “Bubu” – who lives in the hotel lobby). The restaurant meets the highest standards. Thanks to the rich breakfast buffet and the chef's creativity at dinner, I had to visit the hotel's well-equipped fitness room every day to stay in shape. The landscape around the hotel is ideal for hiking, even in winter. A hiking trail leads along the lake shore to Thun. And if that's not enough variety for you, you can take the cable car up to the Stockhorn, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps and the Bernese Oberland. In short, a stay at Deltapark is an real energy boost. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very comfortable, friendly and efficient hotel
Just back from a week’s half-board holiday stay at this very comfortable and efficient hotel! We found it quietly situated, spotlessly clean, and a great base for a stay in the beautiful Lake Thun area. Links to local buses (free with the provided Panorama Thunersee card) were easy and we enjoyed hiking trips in the area. Easy access to the lake for swims and runs/walks along the paths. Highlights include all the helpful staff, the fantastic fresh and varied buffet breakfast, and the simply delicious and sophisticated evening meals (allergies well catered for) in the Delta and Thai restaurants. The spa was also amazing! With different saunas, showers, a sundeck, saltwater indoor pool and great massages (Li 🙏). The small bar area had a great selection of drinks/cocktails with friendly service. Coffee, teas, water and apples were freely available on each of the two accommodation floors. Our “mountain facing” hotel room had a useful fridge and every general amenity we needed, including plush robes for spa. Excellent hotel and we would certainly recommend a stay.

    Highly recommend this hotel!
We would certainly recommend this hotel after a 6 night stay beginning of June. From entering the reception the staff were very friendly and so helpful! The room was fabulous with excellent mountain views, super clean and modern. We were half board and the food was exceptional, again the staff in the restaurant/bar are so friendly. The Spa is so relaxing and was definitely a bonus at the end of the day after visiting so many beautiful places. We even tried the Yoga class available which we would recommend trying, especially as this was a first for us both (even my husband admitted it is hard to do!) Although this is a journey from the airport, don't be put off as the trains are so easy and very punctual as well as the buses. Hopefully we will return soon!

    A great spa hotel
What a lovely hotel! Very Swiss, so extremely clean, well run and polite. We had a lovely room with a great view of the lake and all mod cons. The spa was lovely and clean and my wife had a fabulous massage. Drinks and dinner on the terrace was perfect. All in all a great hotel.
