In the basic course, we learned how to produce plant waters (hydrolats). Now we will transform them into preparations for cosmetic and medicinal use. We will be guided by ancient and modern herbal knowledge, alchemy, and the beauty of nature’s gifts. In Norse mythology, the word for “magic” was the same as for “cooking.” For our exquisite preparations, we do not need a laboratory—we turn the kitchen table, together with our still, into a magical herbal workshop.
