Restaurant La Terrasse Brasserie, Interlaken

The experience started as a great night. We were in the terrace and had excellent service. Then a massive rain was coming so they started to move people inside. Once we moved we basically never saw another server again. We were served our food but we were missing 2 meals and the child’s meal came out wrong. Ty encores meal may have been a miscommunication but tarragon trout was not fish and chips. We waited and waited and tables were served around us so we gave up. The food was good that we received but for the price the service ended up for the last half a 2 star. Started excellent bit ended poorly and the solution was forget about us . Wish we wouldn’t have spent so much for a meal that ended so poorly. We were very patient. We could not even get glasses and water when we moved indoors without great effort flagging down anyone who would look at our table . I know the rain caused disruption but there was no excuse for such poor service when you are eating an 800 dollar meal

Excellent food in a lovely environment, served by courteous staff. We were pleased to have selected this restaurant for an evening out whilst staying in Interlaken.

Delicious food and excellent service! We had the entrecôte, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Evangelina was incredibly kind and attentive, making our dinner even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely return—not only for the amazing food but also for the outstanding service.

We went to dinner and had a wonderful time. Although the vegetarian options are limited, food was good and service was great. The San Francisco Singing Waiters troupe was travelling to Interlaken and were performing at the restaurant. They were fabulous and added immensely to the atmosphere at the restaurant.

We had two wonderful dinners here. The service was impeccable, custom drinks delicious and dessert was yummy. We heard the Singing Waiters of San Francisco would be performing. They were terrific and we enjoyed seeing them engage with guests and the public. This added a special touch to the experience. We have encouraged others to come hear the Singing Waiters of San Francisco perform and enjoy world class care from the the hotel team and chefs at Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa.

I really fell in love with the Sunday brunch. I can’t compliment the buffet enough. The highlight was the carving station with the sauce. It made me melt. However, when not a buffet this place is fantastic. I would say almost as good, but Sunday was better. So nice

Very nice for a lunchtime meal, especially if the weather is warm. we had a light meal of Caesar salad & Tomato Carpaccio. Excellent quality & service.

This is a really nice terrace restaurant right in the heart of Interlaken with good views of the Jungfrau on a clear day. Lovely to sit outside on a warm evening. The food served is very good and the service of a high standard. If the weather turns, you can move inside. The only slight downside is that you're right on the main street so there is a lot of passing pedestrian traffic. If you're into people watching, then that's good but you also get a number of people stopping to look in. Ask for a table a bit further back on the terrace if that puts you off. Reasonable prices for such a high-end hotel restaurant.

We accidentally asked to take a look at the menu and we were welcomed in a very polite and inviting manner to this wonderful comfortable ambience Food was excellent both pork chop and Zurich style veal (can’t recall the complete name) but awesome with rösti Wine selection is awesome and affordable , the Swiss Riesling we got was a reward for today hiking Icing on the cake was mr Lorys who took care of us in an exceptional way including tips about Croatia which is going to be one of our next destination Sure will go back if in the area thanks Lorys and staff

Great for a beer or craft cocktail with a snack. Menu has vegan and vegetarian options and the fish and chips were delicious!!
