Delicious authentic Swiss foodWe came for dinner here, seeking out authentic Swiss food. We were not disappointed! Half the group had fondue and the other half has the rosti. Both were delicious. The setting of sitting in the beautiful garden made it even better. Catered well for vegetarians too. Before booking, we looked at a few different paragliding companies in Interlaken, and I'm so glad we chose this one. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel completely at ease as first-time paragliders. I flew with David, and my friend flew with Patrick. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. They were so reassuring, accommodating, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, relaxed, and excited before take-off. Their experience and calm approach gave us complete confidence, allowing us to simply enjoy every second of the flight. The views over Interlaken and the Swiss Alps were beyond anything we could have imagined. It was peaceful, exhilarating, and something we'll never forget. We also decided to get the additional 360° panorama photos and videos, and they were 100% worth it. This wasn't just the highlight of our trip to Interlaken, it was the highlight of our entire Switzerland holiday. We enjoyed it so much that we're already coming back next week to do it again!
