Great rental experienceWe did a 4 hour e-bike rental. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining the use of the bikes and telling us how to get to our destination. Bikes were great- easy to use and came with locks. Easy online reservation system. FYI-no one under 16 can ride an e-bike in Switzerland. So regular bikes it was, but it’s very flat there. The gentleman who rented us the bikes gave us a great route to take right next to Lake Brienz and it was PERFECT!More
