This blue gem sits at 2265 m above sea level and is surrounded by a moorland landscape of national importance, through which the Mühlebach meanders. This alpine lake has to be seen with your own eyes, no photo can adequately capture its charm. You can continue this trail over the Faulhorn to the Schynige Platte. During this hike, you’ll enjoy repeated views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, making it one of the most spectacular panoramic tours in the Bernese Oberland.
