Hang gliding over Interlaken, you’ll feel as if you have wings. Experience total joy as you fly over Interlaken, admiring its alpine and lake landscapes. You will be accompanied by a professional tandem pilot.
The BumbleBee Hang Gliding tandem pilot picks you up either at the landing site in the centre of Interlaken or at the train station. You then take the bus together to the take-off site in Beatenberg, where the hang glider is prepared for take-off. After a pre-flight briefing, it’s time to get going. Once in the air, you will enjoy wonderful views of Lake Thun and Lake Brienz as well as the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The flight lasts about 10 to 20 minutes, followed by a gentle landing on wheels in Interlaken. It’s an experience that will leave you with great memories for a long time to come.

For my 60th birthday I wanted to go hang gliding. The Bumblebee Hang Gliding in Switzerland was rated number one in for the experience and views. Interlaken, Switzerland was so peaceful and beautiful! When my son, daughter-in-law and I got there, we were welcomed by the team. My tandem instructor was Toby. The instructors were both very safe and comforting for my first flight ever. They explained everything and had you do a practice run. I felt very confident and excited at the same time when we took off. I found it easier than I thought because we had rehearsed beforehand. Gliding through the air and having conversation of the view was amazing. If you’ve never done this before and would like to try it, I highly recommend this hang gliding crew!! Afterwards you can get clear pictures and videos that are totally worth it.More

I'd never done hanggliding before and the guys (shout out to Joe, the pilot, and David (who drove us up and picked us up) were fantastic; very professional, informative and supportive of a newbie (albeit a 65 year old). Thanks again guys. If you're thinking about doing an action activity in Interlaken - do hanggliding with these guys!!!!!More
