- KerkMorkJuly 27, 2026 at 3:53 PMWorth the walkLocation: tucked away off the busy streets. Was peaceful. Atmosphere: I sat at the patio bar. Wasn’t too loud, lots of room for people to sit. Nice to watch the little bit of foot traffic on the street Food: I had the Cordon Bleu. So worth it wow. Tons of flavors, a perfect serving for me - 6’2”, finished a 24kms hike earlier in the afternoon. Came with fries Service: attentive. My waitress was quick to welcome me, get me a seat, take my drink order. The food came out 10mins after I ordered. And it was hot. Staff was polite, happy, smiling, and I felt genuinely looking to make it a great experience. Value: 100% worth it. Lots of food for the price, service amazing.More
- TheBrasersJuly 3, 2026 at 2:06 PMGreat lunchChose this place because of the good reviews and ratings. No regrets whatsoever! Staff and service was impeccable. We love garlic, and this was our first try at garlic soup…delicious! Had the fondue and it was perfect. Highly recommend and easy to get to when in InterlakenMore
- ARSNYApril 25, 2026 at 6:30 AMAuthentic Restaurant away from Tourist zoneThis restaurant is off the tourist area and not a tourist trap. Excellent food - wonderful relaxed but attentive service. We had the Gnocchi and the Special Rosti- both excellentMore
- johnmP9398GBMarch 22, 2026 at 9:20 AMGreat restaurant in Old Town InterlakenRecommended by our hotel. Located in a historic building in the Old Town part of Interlaken (Unterseen). Went to try their fondue which was excellent and good local beer. Someplace went the next night for rosti etc. very good friendly service. Thought the rices were average for Switzerland.More
- PradipPNovember 16, 2025 at 11:17 AMThe Very Best Cheese Fondue !We where recommended to eat here by hotel Rossili this lovely restaurant did not disappoint we came here three times for dinner. The service was great the lady who looked after us and her team where fantastic !! The food was amazing me and my wife had Cheese fondue for the first time its one of the best food i have ever tasted, the Trout dish and Racalette with Rosti where also good. The atmosphere was also great as it was always full of people having a great time. The other thing that surprised me was the Red Swiss Wine it was soo.. good i indulged in a few glasses ! I highly recommend you go you will not be disappointed !More
- doctorfoxtrotOctober 23, 2025 at 7:23 PMGood Dining ExperienceJust finished having a good lunch at this restaurant. Staff were professional in approach. Ambiance was perfect for old town feel . Our meal , since we belong to a big group were already pre selected . But they are good choices. From potato soup , buttermilk chicken and lime sorbet. The coffee was also good. Dinner bells adorn the place as well .More

- sydneyyoder33August 18, 2025 at 5:38 PMDriest beef stew ever eatenTo start, I rarely will rate below a 2 stars, but this was not it. I was highly anticipating this restaurant because my paragliding guide, who has lived here forever, recommended it, but Interlaken surely has a few better Swiss food options and this is not one of them. If you care about the actual food, skip this place. I care about food far more than service, and this place was a huge disappointment. I ordered the beef stew, which my waitress recommended, and the meat was unbearably dry and chewy, not even the gravy could save it. Seriously, it was the worst-quality beef I can remember having at a restaurant. The Pinot Noir was excellent, but that was the only highlight. Thad a reservation for 9 and showed up early at 8:45. On the phone they had said the kitchen closed at 9:30, but when I arrived no one attended my table until 8:58, when the waitress rushed over and told me the kitchen closes at 9. Meanwhile, the table next to me placed their order at 9:15 without issue. There was no silverware on the table, and I was never checked on once after my food arrived, which was very frustrating. The most frustrating part is that my meal for one person, including the dish and two glasses of wine, was $50 Franks. For that price, I expect far better quality. I expect better, truly. Please refer to photos for the dry beef stew meat.More

- JgifasJanuary 1, 2025 at 7:49 AMGreat food and atmosphereSuch a nice atmosphere and great food. We started with the meat and cheese platter. Then my son had the rosti and I had the meatballs and fries. The rosti was amazing. The meatballs were very good and few fires were great. We had a nice bottle of wine. We skipped dessert because we were stuffed. We had a visit from the group that scares evil spirits on New Year’s Eve.More
- JohnH635December 12, 2024 at 4:27 PMWorth a visitWe were expecting a genuine Swiss meal and restaurant did not disappoint. The recommended wine selection was terrific as was the amazing garlic soup. I had the veal while my wife had the fish. The dinner service was fast, the ambiance was warm, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend paying this establishment a visit.More
- EstherMontisSeptember 21, 2024 at 5:46 PMRecommended! We had diner here on a sunday without a reservation. We chose the veal liver with apple and onions and a cordon blue. All the naib courses were excellent. Especially the veal liver was very good. We paid 148,90 CFR for 4 main courses and drinks.More
