Great restaurant serving quality food. The beef is simply amazing. The service is friendly and the place is beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place.

Its ok. I would say its rather over priced and nothing special. Service was ok felt like we kept waiting a lot when we needed the waitress. Portion size for our starter was unbelievably small (pitta bread and dips) Nothing we ate was memorable. I would say there are many better places in Thun to eat. Love the decoration of the restaurant... my favourite part

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2019 and ate dinner at the hotel on the last night. 3 out of the 4 meals were lovely. My mums spatchcock chicken was undercooked. We sent it back, they cooked it some more and the legs and thighs still came back pink. We had already waited at least 40 minutes for the food to arrive so by then, my mum just ate the breasts and sides and left the rest. The waitress was lovely, but the manager didn’t take it off the bill, which I thought given most of the leftover chicken was quite clearly pink, she should have done.

really enjoyed our dinner on the terrace of the spedition. i had the dry aged beef saignant and it was grilled to perfection. since we sat outside, we only took a glance at the inside of the place, wonderfully quirky, reminds me of certain british hotels/restaurants. lots of different styles all come together to create a harmonious ambiance. the service in the restaurant was efficient and friendly. do not miss out on the dessert, they have delicious pastéis de belém. all the portions were decent sized and reasonably priced. we will be back for sure.

Quiet and good restaurant, don't hesitate!! Good service... Have a very goo salad and serve a great coffee..

The cook loves his meat and you can taste this in every bite. But the veggies are also very tasty and do not miss to taste them if you ever have a chance to eat in this restaurant. Make sure you reserve a table - especially on a weekend.

We came for Roesti and found the food quite becoming, however the waitstaff seemed a little tired when we were there, which made the meal a little less enjoyable in spite of its good quality

Being accomodated in the hotel, I profited of their restaurant and had the traditional swiss veal slices with champignon mushrooms and sauce, with Berner rösti (potato pancake). Very well prepared. I also saw other dishes ordered by other guests, and they also looked great.
