The gondola reliably and comfortably takes you to the 1940 m above sea level TschentenAlp, Adelboden's mountain of views. From the terrace of the panorama restaurant, you can enjoy the view of Adelboden's unique valley end before setting off on a cozy winter hike towards Schermtanne. On the 75-minute hike through deep snow-covered forests, over sparkling alpine snow, and past picturesque haystacks, about 450 meters of altitude are overcome to the valley. The Schermtanne restaurant offers another opportunity to indulge culinary delights while enjoying the spectacular view of the Bernese Oberland mountain world. Return to the village on foot, by bus, or on a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride. The path can be walked in the opposite direction as well and is extendable thanks to the 112.5 km large network of winter hiking trails.
