Windegg - Chrutmettli - Axalp

With the Axalp – Windegg chairlift, you are comfortably transported over the winter landscape to the starting point of the hike. Upon arrival at the Windegg mountain station, the Spycher restaurant invites you to a small refreshment before you follow the winter hiking trail toward Chrutmettli / Hilten restaurant and back to Axalp. The path is well prepared and leads downhill through snowfields and forests to Chrutmettli where the Hilten restaurant is located. There, a beautiful panorama opens up with the emerald-blue Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains. From the Hilten restaurant, the path leads back through snowy forests to Axalp.
