With the Interlaken Pass, you benefit from free travel on public transport within the area of validity. 
You also receive various discounts at the numerous regional attractions and varied activities throughout the region.

How to get your Interlaken Pass:

You book your accommodation directly with your host.

Your host will send you the registration link via a communication channel of their choice.

Register yourself and your fellow travellers.

Please note:

Each person who is travelling requires their own Interlaken Pass.

Children aged 6 and over need to be included.

Children under the age of 6 do not require an Interlaken Pass.

Confirm and send your details safely to your host.

Your host will check and verify your details.

As soon as your details have been verified, your Interlaken Pass is authorised – you will be informed by e-mail.

If you do not receive any feedback 24 hours before your arrival, please contact your host directly.

You will receive an email with your Interlaken Pass. It will now always be at your fingertips.

Use the link in the email to view your Interlaken Pass.

Your fellow travelers will have their own link in this email.

You can now add this card to your wallet.

- What is the Interlaken Pass and what is it valid for?
    
    The Interlaken Pass is the digital version of the Interlaken guest card. It offers all the same benefits and conditions as the physical guest card.
- How can I redeem the benefits?
    
    You can present your Interlaken Pass when using the service and receive the corresponding discount on the ticket or admission.
- How and when do I receive the Interlaken Pass?
    
    Please use the information above on "How to get your Interlaken Pass".
- Do I have access to the Interlaken Pass before I arrive?
    
    Your Interlaken Pass will be sent to you by email at least 24 hours before your arrival. 
    You can then use it for your journey in accordance with the area of validity.
- Does every guest need an individual Interlaken Pass?
    
    Each guest receives a personal Interlaken Pass.
    The pass is non-transferable and is only valid for the registered person.
- What happens if I don't wish to have an Interlaken Pass?
    
    The guest card is offered to you as an additional benefit to your paid visitor's tax. If you do not want an Interlaken Pass, you will receive the physical version from your host on arrival.
    
    Waiving the guest card does not lead to a reduction in the visitor's tax.
- How can I save the Interlaken Pass on my smartphone?
